Impacter is an Amsterdam-based team of AI engineers and adoption specialists led by founder Sjoerd de Kreij. The team combines hands-on implementation experience across 100+ European companies with the engineering depth to build custom agents, integrations and automations rather than only advising on them.
Impacter is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and works with businesses across the European Union. Delivery is remote-first with on-site workshops available in the Benelux and DACH regions, and all infrastructure runs inside EU jurisdiction regardless of where the customer sits.
All three, deliberately. Impacter is a software platform for building and running AI agents, plus a consultancy that finds the use cases worth automating, plus a delivery team that implements them. Most AI projects fail in the gap between advice and working software, so Impacter covers the whole path instead of handing you a strategy deck.
Early and directly. We bring data-processing agreements, EU hosting documentation, audit logging and per-workspace isolation to the first security conversation, so IT and legal can review the actual architecture rather than a vendor promise. Governance work is part of the engagement, not an afterthought — it is usually what unblocks a stalled AI programme.
