You keep full ownership of your data and everything your agents produce for you. We provide the platform and services with reasonable skill and care, and we don't lock you in — you can export your data and leave at any time.

Fair use
Use Impacter for legitimate business automation. Don't use it to send spam, break the law, or attempt to compromise the security of the platform or anyone else's data.

Common questions
The questions we are asked most often about this document.
You do. The configurations, prompts, workflows and data in your workspace are yours, and you can export them. Impacter retains rights to the underlying platform, not to what you build with it.
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled from workspace settings and stop at the end of the current period, with no long-term lock-in required. Your data remains available for export during the notice period.
Each plan carries request and token ceilings that are shown in your billing settings and enforced at the gateway, so cost cannot run away unnoticed. If you approach a limit you get a warning at 80% and can raise the plan rather than being cut off without notice.
